Hotel Policy
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMING Check in time is 1 PM Check out time is 11 AM. Rooms will be held till 4 pm unless specified. In case of late check out till 6 pm- half day charge will be charged after 6 pm full day charge will be payable. If the check in is before 9 am then full charge for the previous night will be charged.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO GUEST In case of any cancellation / change in program at the last moment, please inform the hotel directly and to us.
EXTENTION OF STAY In case of extension of stay by the guest, we request the hotel to inform us and collect the payment directly from the guest. Send a copy of the bill of extended stay to us.
REDUCTION OF STAY In case the guest is checking out before the schedule departure, we request the hotel to intimate us before the check out
CANCELATION In case of cancellation of the booking we request the guest to intimate us. If hotel receives the cancellation, we request the hotel front office to please inform
